1. About this website

This website provides information about our restaurant — our food, our hours, our location and how to reach us. It is not an online ordering system. Orders are placed in person, by phone or by email.

2. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but dishes, prices, availability and opening hours can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Please call us to confirm anything important before you travel.

3. Orders

• An order is confirmed only once we have accepted it in person, by phone or in writing.
• Prices are as displayed in the restaurant at the time of the order and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Bulk and catering orders need advance notice, a confirmed count and, where we say so, an advance payment.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Bulk or catering orders cancelled at short notice may not be refundable in full, because ingredients are bought in advance. Cancellation and refund terms are agreed when the order is confirmed. If something is wrong with your food, tell us at the time and we will put it right.

5. Food, allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients, including coconut, groundnut, dairy, gluten, mustard and other spices. Traces can transfer between dishes. Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. We will do our best to advise, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of a given ingredient.

6. Behaviour in the restaurant

We may refuse service or ask a guest to leave where behaviour puts our staff or other guests at risk, or where the law requires it.

7. Intellectual property

The Ruchiram name, logo, photographs and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

8. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party services such as Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
